I love playing these games they are fun

The speed of the reels could not be changed. And it took to long to level up. Would not recommend

Still can’t send a challenge to my friends on Facebook. This has been going on almost a year now. I hit send it opens Facebook so I can sign it to give the app permissions. It sends me right back to the app to hit send again and it’s does the same thing. I was hoping this update would finally fix that problem. Strange that I can play the challenges sent to me.

Seldom works and they never answer your complaints. Total lost app. Because I complained they locked me out.

I enjoy playing draw poker

A few months ago I did a recommended update and when it rebooted I lost all my coins,and I had a lot. Started over from scratch and was trying to build a decent balance. Still enjoy the games but now it frequently takes forever to load or doesn’t load at all. I’m tired of fighting the app. May have to quit playing and delete. 😖. Customer service…..are you listening?

Been playing this game for years and it’s my favorite. I only wish I could chose my own bet amount.

I have been trying for months to get a reply, or an answer on why my account disappeared and started me over. I believe casino frenzy was purchased by somebody who really just doesn’t care about customers.

I like this poker game very much, but recently my account disappeared and I had to start over, I was at the highest silver level and no matter how often I played it NEVER changed ( so I assumed that was the top level?) I tried the fix offered but it didn’t work, evidently I’ve never actually signed in, so now I’m back to square one☹️ the FRENZY is my favorite part, but now it rarely happens because my level is soooo low

This last update erased all of my progress!!! I don’t know why this happened. Can someone help?

Don’t play til they fix it! Game keeps resetting to first level and you lose coins! Played for several years - all gone!

Why do you make it so hard to change users?

I’ve lost 6 years of playing. I just opened the game on my iPad and it started as a brand new player. I had almost 100,000.00 points and almost every collectible and now it’s all gone.

Unfortunately, when I wanted to play it, my 900,000,000 points disappeared! The game started AT THE BEGINNING! This wasn’t the first time. I was always able to get it back to where it was. NOT THIS TIME! What’s going on???

The latest update reset & wiped EVERYTHING from my game! After years of playing, I lost everything; coins, game history & account info!

It reset my Casino Frenzy account from Titanium Level 250 with billions of coins to Level 1 with 50,000 coins. Also reset Collectible sets to nothing and reset daily bobs streak back to 1 day of logging in when I have been at maximum of 25 days for YEARS!!!!! Hope they can fix this for us long time players. This looks like a disaster.

Last Monday and now Thursday I did not get my prize machine spins. What's happening? Now after months playing I have over 600,000,000,points and you won’t let me play my games. Did I win too much? It’s frozen. Why??

They need to add the mini/mega jackpot feature to more games than just the four games as present.

This game should be kicked off for being liars cheaters and thieves they steal from you they true cheat you every way they can if you go into a casino you place a dollar bet and you win 150 to 1 odds bet the casino supposed to pay you they cheat you I don’t pay that 150 i’ve got over 1000 pictures of them cheating me so what are you do you have to go to the state attorney general get paperwork and send it in if you know it’s good for you don’t play this game

But…..when it comes to the pull machine it would be nice to get better payouts for those items that we already have and keep getting over and over.

I’ve lost 2/3 of my coins (a fairly large amount!) because the game RARELY lets you win and when it does pay out it is in very slight tiny amounts. Actually laughable amounts. I spend 100,000,000 million and win 500,000!! The game needs an update. I’m loosing interest in playing since the game barely pays out anymore. I wish I could leave 0 stars!!!

I spent 400.00 because frankly I love to play.... just like all the others, you play for a bit and then it is gone. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE CHANCES ARE SO MUCH BETTER AT A REAL CASINO. PLAY FOR FREE EACH DAY OR BETTER YET DELETE THE APP. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKES I DID. KEEP YPU MONEY.

Casino Frenzy is just a nice way to pass the time, hone your skills, and/or build a little “fake money” while watching TV or sitting at the doctor’s office, etc. whatever you do . . . Just have fun!

Played and enjoyed the game for years. I had a large amount of coins and had worked through all the levels. Suddenly lost all all my data. I have written to support many times, and have not even received a reply

Love playing my favorite game when games are open to all. It is my go to when I am stressed.
